For 2020, juried artisans will sell their handmade wares on Saturday only. Those who demonstrate 'historical' artisan crafts, may be invited to demonstrate and sell on Friday, school day as well.
Those who may sell are by invitation only. Please complete the Juried Artisans application. You will be contacted by the coordinator if your application is accepted.
Rule, regulations, and details:
The Arts & Crafts portion of this event is Saturday only, from 9am to 5pm. Friday is designated for schools.
This is a juried event. No commercial products or flea market items are allowed.
At least two weeks prior to the event, artisan will receive an email including site confirmation and detailed set-up information.
Artisan must supply his/her own table, display material, and seating. If you are paying for power, you must supply your own lights, fans, and extension cords. Booth set-up will be on pavement, and staking is not allowed. You must bring weights to secure your tent.
Booth must be open and staffed for the duration of the event. After unloading, vehicles will NOT be permitted to remain in the exhibit area and must be removed 1/2 hour before the event is scheduled to start. Vehicles may not enter and begin breaking down until after the event is over.
Artisan is responsible for collecting and paying all sales taxes.
Fort Clark Days endeavors to have a broad representation of quality artisans, and therefore reserves the right to limit the number of artists per category.
There is no smoking within the Arts and Crafts area.
Application deadline: Applications must be received by February 3, 2020.
Cancellation policy: 50% of your booth fee will be refunded if you cancel prior to February 10th.
